The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary face-off, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the match is actually proceeding.
